Who's research and superb knowledge are included in every Mythbusters segment? Why it's the academic brains of the operation- Heather Joseph-Witham!

Aside from being the urban legend Goddess, and similar to the show's 3 hosts, Heather has had a colorful array of past professions- including circus promoter, preschool teacher, and even a character at Disneyland!

Heather got her doctorate at UCLA in Folklore and Mythology, and she is now Assistant Professor of Cultural Studies in the Liberal Arts and Sciences Dept. at Otis College of Art and Design. She is married to a wonderful man named Nigel, and has a beautiful little girl named Ellie, who she takes to Disneyland every week. What an awesome mom!

Just like the guys, (and myself!) Heather seems to be a fan of the sci-fi genre. She is "bummed that Angel is canceled", and also likes Farscape (good show!). She is currently planning her fall and summer classes, and also just finished filming a short documentary for the A and E show Biography on Catwoman.

Multi-talent certainly seems to run in this crew. Heather, you're definitely no exception!
